Yep. That's required in the insurance coverage per state law


I had one replaced when I lived in Miami. They came out to the Headquarters and changed it in the parking lot. Once I mentioned I had it replaced with no additional out of pocket charges, I noticed the truck was back changing windshields in the parking lot every other day for the next month...lol

I called USAA, and they scheduled the replacement. Would guess 95% of the people in that building also had USAA insurance...lol
